The award cements our group’s success despite a roller-coaster year that saw a dramatic increase in our sales market share.
In accepting the award held via Zoom, Managing Director Dan White said he was humbled to win the award for the fifth year in succession and praised the hard work of Ray White members.
“This award is a reflection of every single Ray White member and their relentless commitment to improving the experience they provide our customers,” Mr White said.
“Without their energy, ambition and determination to go above and beyond, this award simply wouldn’t have been possible.
“We ignored all the headlines and headwinds telling us that it was going to be a bad year in 2019 and we were able to increase our market share to the highest level ever. It’s still growing now.
“We have navigated our members through the Federal Election and the Banking Royal Commission, to then be faced with bush fires and then the COVID-19 pandemic but our members are amazing. We are made up of 10,000 incredible individuals.
“It would have been easy to retreat and shut up shop when faced with all this adversity but we pushed harder to find solutions for our customers. When our customers needed us the most we delivered. So I am very proud of the hard work, effort and decision making of the network in 2019 and into 2020.”
