Last week’s results built on the momentum of the past few months. It was another week of consistent and very strong buyer activity.
Ray White Sold 997 properties last week, a 75 per cent increase on the week prior.
We sense a growing degree of confidence arising from the easing of restrictions and our customers are becoming more aware of the evidence of strong sales results.
Despite all of the above, we again saw a reduction in the number of new properties coming onto the market last week. All of this supports our recommendation that now is an opportunistic time to place your property on the market.
