Baxter is a suburb located in the Mornington Peninsula Shire, this sleepy suburb is fast growing. The area has easy access to Safeway complex and services in the main street as well as train line. Schooling is a major attraction of the area with both well respected private and public schooling offered including the highly regarded Woodleigh High school. All this located only a quick 46 minute drive to the CBD via Peninsula Link.
